i made molten lava cakes tonight with my sister.
they were amazing. i should have taken my camera with me to take a picture of the beauty.
i would have made my own whipped cream but i didnt have time or want to take my mixer. i will next time though. i’m going to make them on valentines day with strawberries and homemade whipped cream. yummm.
in class today i made a potato and parsnip puree, and my partner mainly did the saute dishes, one with zuccini and yellow squash with tarragon, garlic, basil, and tomatoes, and the other with peas, carrots, shallots, garlic, and toasted walnuts. they were okay but they arent my favorite veggies. next week were making fresh pasta!
