Who put these bodies between us?

i just took my first hands on test and written test for my culinary classes. we were given 30 minutes to chiffonade spinach, julienne and dice 2 giant carrots, half moon potatoes, julienne and dice 3 stalks of celery, and dice and onion. i was one of only two people that actually finished. yay! i was scared all night long. havent seen my grade yet but my paper had a bunch of checks on it where everyone elses had notes like “too big” or “inconsistent” so…i’m pretty excited. then we took the written test which im pretty sure i got a 100. the assistant dude told me i did good. so cool. i was so nervous about these tests so i’m excited that i’ve done well. :)
